So USPS seems to have lost a package of mine.
I gave lots of time for it to arrive and finally filed a complaint. I get some useless e-mails back from a local supervisor who tells me that, after contacting customs, she found out that the sender has to file an inquiry.
Right. Some hourly worker in Japan should have to call US Customs to inquire about the package that has been tracked to the US Customs facility in order for me to get information about a package coming my way.
